Video form analysis is a method of capturing ones actual form on to video and replaying it in slow motion in order to determine whether the individual is displaying proper running form for their activity. Once form is analyzed, then specific exercises will be given to the individual to allow for improvement in their form.
What are the benefits of video analysis?
Have you ever experienced shin pain? What about pain in the knees or arch pain? These and almost every other running injury is directly effected by one's running form. By analyzing one's form through video analysis each individual can get an understanding of how to improve their technique while running, which will reduce injury rates, improve performances and simply make running more enjoyable. If your daily activities involve walking or running you can benefit from video analysis even if your sport is baseball, football, soccer or basketball.
