* Webcam Sessions: $30 per HR
Monthly Package Includes:
3-5 Hourly one on one Sessions per week,
detailed training schedules, diet and nutrition plan and
unlimited phone and e-mail contact.
Online Package Includes:
detailed training schedules, diet and nutrition plan,
unlimited phone and e-mail contact, detailed biomechanical running analysis
via Pose Method technique of running.
